We love our Solid Waste Division’s yard waste collection services. Almost 35% of what ends up in the landfill is food scraps and food-soiled paper, and that it can be recycled in your curbside yardwaste cart. For those who like to hate on Valentine’s Day, maybe it’s a good time to start fresh. Goodwill last year asked people to donate their ex’s stuff. You can donate your ex’s old clothes, even damaged clothes, for reuse or recycling with King County’s Threadcycle program at the following locations.
