“People appreciate being able to talk to a mechanic about car problems and cost without sales pressure,” Bill Malatinsky, Seattle Public Utilities Don’t Drip and Drive partner. “And helping out a mom at this workshop – priceless.”
“Talking to a mechanic before taking a vehicle in helps owners feel more confident and informed about car problems,” said Justine Asohmbom, Washington State Department of Ecology’s Don’t Drip and Drive partner. “People get so excited learning about how their car works. They really have a good time at these workshops.”
