Marta, the River Otter, has been busy touring schools in King County and getting the word out about the importance of river safety. One of her favorite things to do is trying on lifejackets and showing people how to make sure that they fit. We caught up with her and made a little video of her demonstration on the right way to wear a lifejacket.
